• We measure the roof and write up the problems encountered during the inspection.
• Take a seat with you to spell out the problem(s) found as well as the best remedies available to eliminate and fix the problem(s).
• Give a date for when we will be delivering our proposal to you and determine how you would like it delivered.
• Clarify what you can expect from us and what benefits will be of most importance for you when doing business with us.

Step 2: We write a proposal detailing what work you want done with the costs involved and the time frame for finishing your project.

Step 3: When you make the wise decision to have JcV Construction do the project for you, simply let us know.

Once you have accepted our proposal, we will start immediately planning the project and start working on it. You can expect the following below from us:

• Call you to discuss when we will start the project.
• Meet at a planned time so you can choose colors (unless already completed during the first meeting).
• Obtain the materials that are going to be needed for the job.
• Alert you about the start date and time at least 24 hours before we start working.
• Always be in time to complete the undertaking job.
• Finished the project as discussed and collect the payment for the finished job from you.
• Do a walk through with you to make certain every little thing was completed with our premium quality expectations and to your own satisfaction.
• Provide you with Project Completion Pack that contains:
  • Our written 5 years warranty on labor.
  • The warranty from the manufacturer of the material we used for your project completion.
